Reverend Wright's "Prophetic Church" or How to start a Civil War

Every ethnic group of people in America has undergone  discrimination: The Irish, The Italians, Jews, Poles, Germans, and religious  wrongs  as well. catholics down  South  had a difficult time of it. There were very few groups who did not suffer some form of discrimination. This is the human condition. We have come a long way now. We have a Military composed of every racial, ethnic and relgious group you could think of. Black men and women have fought and died alongside their white brothers and sisters in recent wars. This is a different time and place and along comes the so called Prophetic Church led by Reverend Wright who speaks the words of South African Blacks who in recent times have suffered under apartheit. They use words such as reparation, apology, reconciliation. How can anyone compare Africa with what is now happeneing in our country? Reverend Wright forgets that Whites fought and died in this country to do away with Slavery. Yes he acknowledges it but his use of language is not just bombastic and he cleverly uses language to appear to cover his honest self and that is a person with deep seated hate. Spewing forth venom. Telling you he is quoting Iraq when he said God Dam America. Telling us as if we were totally ignorant that he is merely quoting "Chickens coming home to Roost" and using sophistry in answering when confronted by his comments about 9/11 where so many of our fellow countrymen died. Quoting from the bible (the old testament prophets that he portends to know what they meant)to back up his statements "that so shall you sow so shall you reap." a quote from the prophet. He takes it out of context. No prophet ever stated that God wants to kill the innocents to punish the evil doers. He twists its meaning to say to people that because our goverment is evil these good people were punished. Noncense coming out of his interpretation of the words of the prophets. The Old Testament Prophets were guardians of the Kings doings, acting as his concience and delivering sermons to the people who did evil things to change their ways or they will suffer punishment. Never in all my studies have I ever read in any of the prophets that they took glee in the killing of innoncents because of the conduct of the wrong doers. They spoke out against evil doers telling them that THEY, NOT INNOCENT GOD LOVING PEOPLE, WOULD BE PUNISHED.

I believe we are in danger from this talk and anger. In Danger of a Civil War. In danger of a great division. I fear no man Black or White and I will write my views and state them as I have done all my life to Black People if I saw they were prejudiced against my white skin and done so without fear or favor. It is time to stop this noncense of feeding people with fear and distrust for self interest. Yes I believe that Reverend White is a selfish person no matter what good he says he has done. Yes every person has good and bad in him but Reverend White had best pray to be forgiven for what anger he has shown because Oboma did not let him speak on his behalf. Yes he felt it was an insult and yes he thinks Whites think or will think like he wants them to. No Reverend you can not spoil it for me. 50 years ago there were three black students in my lawschool class and two women. Now as an alumni visiting my alma mater I see many many young black men and women and when I sit as a Judge in Moot Court Contests judging students from law schools all over the country  I am proud to see southern law school young black men and women giving argument in the moot court competition. I have judged them and I can tell you they do me proud. I will not stand by and allow your hate to spoil what I see has come foward in these 50 years. Now you can turn on your T.V. and you will see each and every channel having Black men and women working both in front and in back of the camera. Yes Reverend come into the here and now and stop this noncense of wanting reparations and apologies that no one really wants. There are young black people in all of the top colleges and law schools. Yes Reverend I can tell you that Howard University does discriminate. Yes sir. They do not accept Whites in the same proportion as the White Schools accept Black Students. Is it right. No, not in today's time. Howard University was and is needed as a place for a young black student to go to. Yes there still exists discrimination but you will never be able to change that. Your Vitriolic words only cause division and in my view is a danger to us all. You claim to be a man of God then show it in your words and conduct to both your people and all men. You can not convince me that you care about all mankind when you use language and think that you can fool people. A true heart speaks plainly and clearly without hatred and without rebuke for events that happened so long ago. This is a new age one of hope that you have tried to take away. Yes your words of division show anger and yes your refusal to take counsel of those who disagree with you shows you lack the character to admit when you are wrong. Yes Reverend White it is best to pray for your soul for "you know not what you do.".
