Thinking About 2140 People Who Read This Blog

July 22, 2007 / by johnlance

It's a funny feeling seeing the numbers climb of visitors to this blog.It is eerie however that you don't get much feed back as to those who visit unless they reply. I wonder if there is a way to find a list of those who visited the site and how much time they spent. Did they read my articles etc? Did they enjoy them.

Hi Irving - I know how you feel, after listening to Jondudes advice many moons ago, whenever I look in at someones post, I always leave some kind, of comment - even if it is a 'heart' just to acknowledge my visit. You can, sort of tell who has visited you, by clicking the cursor, over your ' visitors' link, just below your profile/comments link. It shows who the visitor is (providing they are logged-in) but it will not, show anyone who is a 'guest' (not logged-in) or,
a blogster who wishes to browse 'anonymously' (check your 'settings page' to be able to do this) I presume, that a lot of people hit the anonymous box to be able to look in at other peoples sites un-observed, hence the increase in your visitor level. Hope this has helped.
